Served as Sub-Consultant to the Center for Planning and Architectural Studies (CPAS).

Designed landfill cells, sub-base systems, and geosynthetic liner configurations.

Engineered leachate collection, gas venting, final capping, and stormwater drainage systems.

Prepared detailed construction drawings, technical specifications, CQA plans, BOQs, and cost estimates.

Compiled complete tender documents compliant with national and donor procurement standards.
